Health is the one part of your life that you cannot neglect if you want to achieve a certain amount of success.
Health eating basics
Health should not really be on your goal list because it should be part of your everyday life. If you are un-healthy at the moment, then you should make it an immediate aim to become healthier, but not your life's ambition. Sounds contradictory so let me explain.
Putting health on your goal list makes you think too much about it. In certain cases it could make you either paranoid or make you produce negative thought processes which undermine your aim to become healthier. Here is an example how what at first sight appears to be a positive statement, but in fact it's very negative. You say I must not eat chocolate, I must not eat chocolate, I must not eat chocolate. By talking this way to yourself you are in fact focusing on eating chocolate. The human brain cannot distinguish between eating chocolate and not eating chocolate. A better way would be to focus on eating what you know you should be eating. That will then stay with you for the rest of your life.
Most people are not aware that your mind, body and soul interact with each other all the time. When eating a meal in an argumentative or angry state you are changing the chemistry in your body such that the food does not digest as it should. When you think negative or angry thoughts your body chemistry changes and produces more toxins, which can cause ill health.
Eat health foods, think good thoughts, Balance your body for health When our bodies become unbalanced, then ill health will follow. Some of my clients work hard all year round and then they have a holiday. Within the first few days of the holiday they come down with an illness ruining their much looked forward to break.
This is a classic case of the body being well out of balance. Most of the year stressed and then suddenly their body has nothing to do. All of the bacteria built up and suppressed throughout the year is now free to attack their body.
| Your body is full of living bacteria
The Universal law we all exist by, governs our bodies as well. For good health you need to stay in a balanced state.
You may have heard the expression to work, rest and play. There is meaning to that.
When things get out of balance with our body a sign usually lets you know. Headache, dizzy spells, overweight, tired, fatigue, unable to think clearly, angry for no good reason, negative thoughts.
Imagine your bloodstream and the inside of your body as a landscape. In nature, the body tries to maintain a balance of influences in this inner terrain.
Many things come into play, but most important is the chemical balance between acid and alkaline conditions in blood and tissues.
The stresses of our wrong eating habits clog up our inner terrain. Most of the food we eat is acidic in nature and this causes the inbalance in our system. A healthy body should be more alkaline than acidic.
The acidic foods we eat a lot of are. Pork, Beef, Fish, Eggs,White bread, Artificial sweetners,Beer, Wine, Coffee, Fruit juice sweetened with white sugar, Tea (black) When your terrain becomes over acidic an imbalance occurs causing morbid bacteria to multiply from your own cells. As well as these bacteria multiplying inside of your body, they can change into yeast, yeast to fungus, fungus to mold.
In the early stages of the imbalance, the outer symptoms may not be very intense and are frequently treated with drugs. They include such things as: skin eruptions, headaches, allergies, colds and flu, and sinus problems.
As things get further out of balance, more serious situations arise. Weakend organs and systems start to give way - thyroid, adrenals, the liver etc.
The acid condition is promoted by a number of things, the main ones being food types and poor digestion. In poor digestion, food is either fermenting or putrefying. Most people know the word 'putrid'.

| Corruption of digestion Good digestion is important for a healthy comfortable lifestyle. Most people though accept that indigestion or constipation are not that serious since they can be treated with medicine.
Indigestion is usually thought of as an 'upset stomach' or discomfort in the abdomen, and isn't taken very seriously. Often, we either ignore it as temporary or mask it with some over the counter remedy. But recurrent or chronic indigestion is deadly. Its worst aspect is much less obvious than stomach upset: gradual impediment of intestinal function, especially the large intestine (colon lower bowel). This can go unnoticed until serious conditions exist.
Large populations of special plant forms of life, which we can't live without, normally thrive in the human digestive tract. Many people don't know this about themselves. Our self-image tends to be one of being independently alive, yet here are these bacteria we can't even see that literally keep us alive and well.
If we can stop abusing these little guys, we won't be so sick and tired, or perhaps not at all. Several factors come into play in this abuse, including dietary items, the way foods are combined, medications and mental and emotional stress.
With obvious exceptions, most of us begin life as healthy human beings. As we age, we become increasingly stressed by our diets, our emotions, electromagnetical stress, injury, polluted air, water etc. Antibiotics contribute negatively to our small and large intestines.
We stop breathing correctly, causing oxygen deprivation; we hurry and become more aggressive. All these stresses encourage yeast and fungal growth, as well as a host of disharmonious bacterial forms, to predominate.
